Account deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your InvestoVisia account and associated personal data.

InvestoVisia is provided by Gadir Seyid, operating under the business designation Neo Consulting.

How to request deletion

Send an email deletion request to info@investovisia.com. Please include the account email address you use for InvestoVisia so we can identify the correct account.

Steps

  1. Email your deletion request to info@investovisia.com.
  2. Identify the account email address used in InvestoVisia.
  3. We verify and process the request.
  4. Your account and associated personal data are deleted, subject to limited retention obligations.

What will be deleted

When the request is verified and processed, we delete your InvestoVisia account and associated personal data that is no longer needed to provide the service. This includes account and profile data, app settings, watchlists or portfolio entries, notification data and device tokens, and other personal data linked to your account where deletion is technically and legally possible.

Limited temporary retention

Some data may be retained temporarily where necessary for legal, fraud-prevention, security, accounting, regulatory, or compliance reasons. This may include security logs, abuse-prevention records, accounting or subscription records where applicable, policy acceptance records needed to demonstrate compliance, communications about the deletion request, and backup copies until they are overwritten through normal backup cycles.

Where exact retention periods are not separately codified, retained data is kept only for as long as necessary to meet the relevant legal, security, accounting, fraud-prevention, regulatory, or compliance obligation.

Important: Requesting deletion will permanently remove access to your InvestoVisia account. After deletion is processed, your account history, preferences, and associated app data cannot be restored.
